Can’t trickshot me!

I think I must be so unlucky.

Been waiting months for my PS4 and it finally arrives this morning from ShopTo.

Set it all up, power on and bam flashing blue light.

Updated my tv firmware and still no joys.

Used the PS3 power adaptor and went through all the different HDMI's and ports. Nothing.

Did all the checks Sony advise and still nothing just that pulsating blue light.

Called ShopTo and they said they can collect it Monday and have a new one to me Thursday.

This has since changed to collection today and replacement Tuesday.

Not great but I have to accept it.

When calling Sony go through all the relevant options and the line rings for 5 mins and then goes dead.

Not impressed.

Has this happened to anyone else in the UK or EU?

I hoped that after this issue in US that it would have been resolved.

Sorry to hear that dude!

I guess Shopto still have some stock then if they can send you a replacement..

if you have a Sony store near you, phone them, they are holding stock for broken PS4's

Where did your PS4 come from? Mine was from China FOX xD

I have phoned them and they have no knowledge of this. This must only be for US.

They never came to collect it today so I will be on the phone to them first thing Monday as they arent open weekends and give them a piece of my mind. Not impressed ShopTo
