Let me answer this higher above Battlefield 4 because it’s not fair, I think, to focus just on that. But in general, when these kinds of situations occur we work very closely with the publisher.
I’m not saying that’s happening specifically with Battlefield, but in general when there’s network issues or any issues related to gameplay we work very closely, because it reflects on the platform as well. We want it solved just like the publisher wants it solved, so we generally work together.

It’s interesting hear that Sony is helping out EA, as well as other companies whose games have multiplayer issues, and hopefully it results in a full fix soon (maybe when the You must login or register to view this content.?).

We are rolling out a new update for Battlefield 4 on PS4 in order to address some stability and balancing issues. Full details on the update below. You might need to restart the game to have the update install. Stay tuned to the Battlefield 4 Control Room for the latest on BF4 updates.

Jan 14 PS4 Game Update Notes
-Various fixes for improving general stability
-Fixed flickering in map and minimap on Rogue Transmission and Operation Locker
-Fixed issue with player spawning under the map in Lancang Dam
-Increased damage by 25% for the Stealth Jet 20mm cannons
-Normalized repair rates across all vehicles. Vehicles with lower health points, like aircraft and transport vehicles, now repair more slowly than before
-Fixed a bug where the M1 Abrams Coaxial HMG ammo box was occasionally blocking the driver’s camera
-Fix for friendly marker not always showing when needed to, resulting in players shooting team members
-Fixed problem with killer health in kill card not being correctly updated (showing 100% health even though the soldier was hurt)
-EU Players: Fixed bug where game wouldn’t start when when the console was running in any of these languages: Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Czech, Brazilian Portuguese
-Fix for bug where it looked like soldier was dying with 1 health instead of 0
-Fixed a player feedback timing issue where blood was appearing before other damage indicators, and before damage was actually done

still not fix lagg no hit marks and its shaking i dont think they can fix this game :-(

Also did you have it on ps3? As it's a stackable list I believe? If I buy premium on the ps3 I know it transfers to ps4 but then will I still be able to do the dlc on my ps3 to 100% that trophy list too? I'm worried I will do say the plat and one dlc then transfer over to ps4 and have to buy the dlc on the ps3 list as I will only be able to play on the ps4? Probably confusing but hopefully you get what I mean lol.

U get premium on both I believe but once you transfer your stats they become two separate profiles, you can rank up ps3 and it won't show on ps4 again etc

Yeah only on ps4 and xbox one for the 64 players, conquest large I believe.

I was thinking to myself; you guys are nuts. There wasn't any problems when I had it via GameFly. Then I remembered...it took about ten times to finish single player because of errors that occurred and the saving of the game wouldn't save most of the time so I was behind and had to redo a lot of the single player. I forgot about that but I can honestly say I don't remember having issues with multiplayer. I'm getting burnt out on Call Of Duty and their 'same year in, year out bullshit' that I'm fixing to drop them entirely and go with a new FPS. I'm leaning towards Destiny and I have it reserved and I cannot wait for it. I'm sorry, but the lineup of games Sony pushed out, with Knack being their top priority are shit. They're all based on PS3, and Xbox 360, with no aspect gaining for the next-gen technology.

Right now until they fix it, I won't be upgrading to the new Gen version.
