You're Lucky as I'be been hanged up on with AT&T a lot when they are transferring me to another department or just because it was the end of the work they for them.
First off everyone is allow to give an opinion of their own so say what you believe.
Second: No this is not BS and no I am not bad mouthing Sony as I have better things to do then act like a 4 year old fan boy. FYI I am 20 years old. Also if I wanted to bad mouth Sony why wouldn't I have done that in the past 2 years I was on this site instead of spending a majority of my time in the Sony Section. Also to add I attached a screenshot (edit out my name via my phone ) to show that I am not lying

Sounds like you've had a bad time with them, gamestop will let you return it as it's less than a year old so take it back. You have a year's warranty regardless of buying extended warranty, hench the word extended.. Not trying to point the obvious out either.
If mine broke I'd be straight to the shop first thing in the morning getting a new one.
Unless it's broke because you've broken it by tampering with it, that would void the warranty straight away.
If the refuse, speak to their manager, if he refuses get onto the trading standards.
