(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So here is my story; Since March the 11th I have called the Playstation customer support line because my Ps4 was acting up. ( Shutting off randomly during in game and repeats after unless I pull the Power cord out) They told me that I would receive a box in 4-5 Business days to ship my Ps4 in but next thing you know they somehow shipped my box all the way to California when I live in Houston and that the Box came from somewhere in Texas so the logic here is WTH is Fedex doing. Soon no later I called them again on March 15 about the box being shipped to the wrong state and they told me another box was going to be shipped to me. Well as you can guess it; No I did not receive the box and no tracking number. So on March 20 I had to call 2 times; (1) for the tracking number, (2) Because Fedex never received or seen any record of the tracking number and they had to resend the request. So you thought it was over.. Well No Sony really had to screw up AGAIN. On March 22 I called to check up what was going on and Next thing you know they tell me that not a single request was sent for me to receive my box. I mean come-on! it's been 2 weeks already and having to already called 5 times how hard it is to send me a box?! Well the service rep told me that the case was taken to Tier 2 Service and that they have sent in a request for me to get my box in by April 1. Well today is April 2 and still no box.

I've called PlayStation Customer support 3 times already yesterday and guess what all of them Did not help solve my problem, had an attitude with me and hanged up before even helping me solve my problem. 2 for in which I asked for a supervisor and got disconnected before being transferred. During all of that I've not been rude and politely waiting while it seems like now I am being toss already like a rag when they can't send me a simple box to ship my Ps4 in.

I will call again today trying to ask for the supervisor and constantly will until I get through but I want to know your thoughts on this Fellow NGU members. Have you ever been had a bad experience with the Playstation Service Rep? A good one? A weird one even.

I would like to add in I also used the Chat and Forums to try to get my problem solved but they seem to be no help.

Total Call to PS Support: 8
Total time I was hanged up on 3
Total Chat with PS Support: 2
Box shipped to me:0
Box shipped but wrong place: 1 ( 2 apparently)

UPDATE 4/2/14: So I called Today asking for a Supervisor which took 30 minutes but was well worth the wait. I explained everything to him and he corrected most of my problems. So Apparently "9" Yes "9" request was made from them to ship a box out to me in which he told me somehow 2 were sent to California which he was wondering how like me and that most of them didn't go through So in the end He manually put in for me to receive a box with the first case number and Gave me a second case number with a box shipped out with it in case something were to happen. Well I think there is a lesson to be learn from this is that if it does not work out three times then go ask for the Supervisor.

I worked at a call center, and all of your calls are recorded. So 'getting hung up on' is a lie. You're lying for that matter because the person on the phone will get written up or terminated for hanging up on a customer. The customer ALWAYS has to hang up first. You may have been on hold for a very long time, but never hung up on.
You waited thirty minutes to talk to what's known as a 'lead. A supervisor if you wish, but there is someone higher than him/her. If they can't resolve your issue, you get to talk to the big dog. You wait so long because the lead is also taking phone calls. We were obligated to raise our hand and keep it up until the lead finished a phone call, or got through helping others.

You were shipped the wrong box because you either didn't pay attention after the person on the phone repeats about four times to make sure your address is correct, or you simply trolled them and wanted a sob story to post on here, or you are an Xbox One fanatic and thought it would be funny. Either way, you're lying, and I'm sorry you need to feel this to post all of this. (No I am not a suck up, I worked at a call center for Tickets.com for eight months and I hated it. So many rude dicks, and all I could do gas take it in because I wanted to keep my job.)

This is a little harsher than what I was saying, but I do agree on the fact that I don't believe they hung up on you as I'm positive it is against their policy and they could be fired for doing so

Like I said before Everyone is entitle to their opinion and I won't stop you from saying what you want or believe. Call me a lair, faker or whatever you want and I won't fight you against it as it's your opinion and thought. This is how I was raised and taught but I was also taught that lying even if this is the internet and there are full of liars that to posting BS up just because is wrong and immoral.
If you would to read my past post and my update you would have seen that I said nothing of the sort to to directly bad mouth Sony, All I stated were facts, proof, and questions and I know they do record the phone calls made and how many times I called via my record. I would like to state that I was paying attention to the person on the phone and they did read back my address correctly ( If you read above I blame Fedex for this problem NOT Sony). I have no time nor interest to "troll" somebody while trying to get my problem fixed with Sony. I'm a regular person like everyone else and I don't know everything there is. If you can't accept that my story is true then so be it. I won't fight you on the matter even if you call me out or call me names or bad mouth me. Everyone was born with an opinion and I am obligated as I was raised to respect your decision made. Long story short call me whatever you want but I stand by my statement that this is NOT a made up sad sob story to bad mouth Sony. FYI I only own 1 unopen Xbox 360 for my system collection so if you consider that a fanboy then go right ahead and call me one but would I would rather be called a Nintendo Fanboy if not have notice my Signature and Avatar.

I don't know why everyone is calling bullshit on you for the the support reps hanging up on you.

They obviously haven't made many support calls before because this does happen. It doesn't matter what the companies policies are. If the support rep is having a shitty day or doesn't want to talk to you anymore, they WILL hang up on you. It's happened to me more than once before. Not by Sony, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen there either.

The following user thanked Hondarydr for this useful post:

I appreciate your statement Hondarydr but maybe like you said; maybe they haven't made many support calls before so I can't blame them or judge them for an experience that never had happen to them before Happy
