I wouldn't recommend going with Sony's support for repairing your PS4, you should go to the store you bought it from and tell them about the issues with your PS4. They'll most likely replace it for you :p
Also, you can go on

I brought mines from GameStop during launch so they wouldn't let me return it because I didn't buy an extended warranty with them but with Sony instead. Aso the link you posted makes me pay $50 for shipping also I already have a Case number so I don't want to cause any confusion Thanks nonetheless.

If I am incorrect in this statement I apologize in advance, but I'm calling bullshit on this one. Surely others can back me up on the fact that it is against company policy for them to hang up on you without your consent. The whole story seemed fairly farfetched but when you said they hung up on you 3 times that really did it for me. Personally I think you're just trying to bad mouth Sony because you are upset that it is outselling and outperforming the Xbox One beyond imagination. As stated before, if I am wrong then please do forgive me for this accusation, but I don't believe a word of your story.
First off everyone is allow to give an opinion of their own so say what you believe.
Second: No this is not BS and no I am not bad mouthing Sony as I have better things to do then act like a 4 year old fan boy. FYI I am 20 years old. Also if I wanted to bad mouth Sony why wouldn't I have done that in the past 2 years I was on this site instead of spending a majority of my time in the Sony Section. Also to add I attached a screenshot (edit out my name via my phone ) to show that I am not lying
about my story.
