I was also lucky enough to use a dev console which also had the 'Music Player Demo', however it had a different icon and It was locked on my account as I did not have the license to use it. I should have taken a screenshot or a photo on my phone as I no longer have the console with me.
As we can already import music via the ShareFactory this is most likely going to be our very own Music Player app to import and play our own music.
If this is the case hopefully we are still able to play the music during gameplay. So far this is only possible using Sonys own music service, 'Music Unlimited', which is pretty pricey.
Let me know some of your thoughts and ideas.

a lot of stuff they said ps4 could do hasnt shown in the slightest yet im still waiting to be able to start playing a friends game when they get stuck on something thats super useful and idk y we havent seen or heard any word on when we could be seeing it roll out they need these features otherwise people may be swayed over to xbox one while their waiting which is bad for them

I've said it before, wouldn't you want everything to work what we have right now rather then loads of new stuff which is buggy as hell and could be hacked/modded in a way?

Ye my mistake you can already stream from ps4 to vita, but they said it would be possible to stream vita games to ps4 which isnt possible yet as far as i know

Ahh yes I see what your saying now yes that would be really good. Soon it will be able to stream PS1, PS2 and PS3 games so they might just add the vita games.

Yes I agree with this. People need to be more patient because if they were to constantly release updates that didn't function properly they would complain. Sony are constantly updating to improve things before they release something major which to me is a good thing!

Thanks man. 20 is good enough I mean it's not like I need more than one or two songs although I guess sound effects could be cool. This is also nice since I wouldn't have to worry about Youtube silencing the songs. Thanks!

its going to be buggy as hell when they put these features in so idk why wait ive already said this im pretty sure in a reply so no i would not rather wait at least microsoft doesnt say oh yea were gonna have this dozen of features but wait it will take 4 years to use them , fucking by then they will be looking at new hardware to replace the dying ps4 so yea you can say im salty about them deciding on the things they have been i regret buying a ps4
