Post: Which Monitor To Buy For My PS4?
11-30-2014, 09:23 PM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've been told by my friend that console gaming is much better on good monitors.

I'm looking at a 144hz 1080p 3D Monitor to buy. How would the PS4 do on that kind of monitor?

Edit: So I've learned PS4 still only runs at 60fps , even 30fps on some games.. so what kind of monitor should I get? Still looking for a low response time also though.

Honestly dude get the BenQ 27' monitor. I use it for my gaming. It's the official MLG tv. Was like 180$ 100% worth it.

For consoles never get any fancy shit. It's not worth it. Get a standard 60hz 1080p tv..

It depends from your budget and for what u use it. If u want a nice monitor with low response time (1ms), full hd nice contrast, tn panel, i suggest u the vx238h. It s a 24" around 120$.
If u want something more, the beasts for pc and console are the vg248qe or the xl2420z.

I plan on building a pc within the next year hopefully. Could go ahead and buy a good monitor go get out of the way. Could you recommend me a monitor for PS4 though? 1080p, good refresh rate etc.

If so, buy a vg248qe or a xl2420z.
Ps: monitor with higer refresh rate than 60hz, doesn t change ur console fluidity, but an higer refresh rate is suggested for pc gaming.

You do know the 144hz does nothing for the ps4, the system can hardly do 60fps
