I told you BEFORE sending the money exactly how to send the payment ("Payment owed"), you chose to send as "goods" that way you could reclaim the money via dispute/claim. This is YOUR problem because you either chose not to listen or wanted to reclaim your money. I simply refunded you via PayPal. You still need to send me my $20.. this is your issue, not mine.

As the evidence shows, iAmPro paid you the $20 for the vBulletin work. However he has not sent the tutorial to you.

The fact that you refunded the money to him and he has not received it, you'll need to work with paypal regarding that. If iAmPro opened a paypal dispute to reclaim his funds then you can subsequently open a dispute here and we will cross that bridge when we get to it.

iAmPro - you need to send the tutorial to him to complete this transaction. Unfortunately if it's the one jackizagun provided to you, that is a severely incomplete tutorial. However that is what was agreed upon. You have 24 hours to reply with confirmation that you sent the tutorial to him.

I read all there is to read... It states I would receive $20, a Challenge Lobby tutorial(worth $15) and an invitation to challenge lobby.

Your not wasting "another" $20.. In the picture you provided it shows I even issued the refund after receiving which was your issue in the first place because you did not send the payment how I asked. The money was not refunded into your balance because the money was refunded to your card, which was how you funded the original payment, and refunds to cards takes 1-3 business days.

I have not received any funds from you other than the original payment which you sent as goods instead of payment owed which was stated PRIOR to you sending me the money.



Then you shouldn't have made the commitment in the first place. I am not asking for $40, I am asking for my $20 PayPal sent as a payment owed just as I stated in the PM.



Your language is not helping. Secondly, ALL PayPal accounts can accept refunds for any purchase....I am not cheating you..in the screenshot you took yourself it shows the refund ... You funded the payment with your card so the fund will be returned there.

I simply refunded the moeny which will be credited back to his card. As for the tutorial.. he needs to send me a working challenge lobby tutorial or $15, if he does not have one as that is what he valued it at. He also needs to get me in a challenge lobby as he stated..
