1. I act neutral regardless of how many disputes anyone is involved in.
2. Your evidence only shows that he agreed to get god of war 2 gameshare instead of dead nation gameshare.
3. His PSN account does not have the trophy list to GoW2 which indicates that he does not have the game.
4. This is a dispute about his gameshare, not your account. If you can't provide the gameshare you have to refund him the money.
