If yes, What did they say?:- Kept delaying the gameshare of the game he was going to give, so i want the 7 dollars via paypal, since he gave me a gameshare of the cod maps, and agreed to send the rest of money since he could not provide the gameshare, however he has been banned ever since.

Getting someone to refund his Paypal now.. I'll provide a picture in 10 mins
