If yes, What did they say?:- Kept delaying the gameshare of the game he was going to give, so i want the 7 dollars via paypal, since he gave me a gameshare of the cod maps, and agreed to send the rest of money since he could not provide the gameshare, however he has been banned ever since.

Contacted the user, he got 24 hours to reply.

Sorry for not replying, it wasn't allowing me too, anyway. As I said I have proof of him saying i dont owe him anything when I gave him the maps. I'll upload a screen now..

Please explain the trade a bit more. Where does the $7 come from? And who has been banned from where?

Also you have to provide proof him him agreeing to send the rest of the money. If this is not done by 48 hours this dispute will be closed.

He was banned form this site, for weeks. The 7 dollars comes in since he said he would give me a gameshare of deadnation ages ago, and the game costed 7 pounds at the time, i meant pounds not dollars. And he gave me some cod maps to compensate instead of 3 pounds paypal and the gameshare of the game, which i never got. So he said he would give me 7 pounds via paypal. I have not got proof, however he can still get me the gameshare, since i have proof of him saying that.

Did you agree to take God of War 2 HD instead of the £7 as the picture included a few posts above claims? Also please post any proof you have.

He changed the details... I will show you the email I received from sony 30mins after I gave him those details, saying my account sign in id had been changed... Looking for the email now
