What Happened - I was going to buy a 9th Prestige Black Ops account from him, We Talked on MSN. I sent the money and he just signed off. I would Pm him and get no reply. Than his excuse was MY Paypal was frozen.

- So I payed for the account, He Signs off Msn. About an Hour later I dispute so he doesn't get the money and he says that the money is frozen, I said yeah I disputed because you didn't send the info, He had Nothing else to say. I still haven't gotten the account either.

I have contacted the user, he has 24 hours to reply.

You have 24 hours to send him working account details for the BO account you was trading for. Once that's done he will end the dispute on PayPal.
