What Happened - I was going to buy a 9th Prestige Black Ops account from him, We Talked on MSN. I sent the money and he just signed off. I would Pm him and get no reply. Than his excuse was MY Paypal was frozen.

- So I payed for the account, He Signs off Msn. About an Hour later I dispute so he doesn't get the money and he says that the money is frozen, I said yeah I disputed because you didn't send the info, He had Nothing else to say. I still haven't gotten the account either.
