When did this happen: I add this dude from the shoutbox becuase i need 15 dollars to buy mlg prem. he then make up some bullshit about how he from japan and doesn't speak english well. so then after i show him then gameshare he said ok he would do it then i call him on skype and give him info he then logs on download then he ends call. i call him back he speaks perfect english and said he didn't get the stuff so he not paying.

The reason I lied about coming from Japan is because my friend, Who will remain un-named said to say your Japanese I asked why and he said do it, and I will give you 40k vBux, so I did, he never gave me info, Ever I wasn't even intrested in trading him.

You have not proved anything. It's your word against his. One of you claim he haven't been on the account and the other claims the opposite. And since you've lied already in the dispute your chances are smaller then his. Prove to me that you have not been on the account, picture proof only, no more crazy stories.

okay prooof is here, I went through all the accounts on my ps3, thats the most proof I can give, HE NEVER PROVIDED INFO AND I WASN'T INTERESTED HERE IS VIDEO PROOF (I AM A KID MY VOICE IS Squeaky lol)

The only way we can sort this out is if you call sony and tell them that your loggin details was compromised a little while and that you might suspect someone downloaded something from your account. Then give them a time frame where the accused user could have activated the account. Then they will tell you if an PS3 was activated on your PSN. If yes that console might get banned too.



That video doesn't prove anything. You could easliy have deleted the PS3 user or changed the log-in details by now.

I had sony reset the account. and wtf. your friend who you will not name? He said he will give u 40k vbux to lie. wow that sounds so believe-able. fox i'l post proof of the reset.

So even if he activated it he would not have access to the gameshare?

Please explain about this reset you had Sony to do. And how does it affect this Dispute? Does it prevent him for using the content he might have downloaded?

Fox, he hasn't provided proof, (My suggestion) is give him like 48 hours or something like that to provide valid proof. Don't have to, just suggesting.
