When did this happen: I add this dude from the shoutbox becuase i need 15 dollars to buy mlg prem. he then make up some bullshit about how he from japan and doesn't speak english well. so then after i show him then gameshare he said ok he would do it then i call him on skype and give him info he then logs on download then he ends call. i call him back he speaks perfect english and said he didn't get the stuff so he not paying.

He has provided proof. While you on the other hand has been proved to lie etc. But if the PSN slots are reset you can not access the gameshare if you downloaded something. So I just need that to get confirmed and then the dispute will be closed.

He never told me his info he needs to prove that I signed onto his account.

Foxkaz i think your just going have to decide what happens based on the proof we have now if he can't supply any and i can't supply any more then you have to be the judge and pick.

If I had to judge out from the evidence provided this moment. I would say that something fishy was going on. But there is not enough evidence against him. There is no proof of you sending him the details. And there is no proof of him logging in and downloading something. So if I had to make a decision right now I'd end the dispute for the reason: Lack of evidence against the accused user.

There are no solid evidence against him. Behaving strange and lying about being Japanese doesn't prove that he did anything.
