When did this happen: I add this dude from the shoutbox becuase i need 15 dollars to buy mlg prem. he then make up some bullshit about how he from japan and doesn't speak english well. so then after i show him then gameshare he said ok he would do it then i call him on skype and give him info he then logs on download then he ends call. i call him back he speaks perfect english and said he didn't get the stuff so he not paying.

So you gave him the account details to the gameshare account? You should be able to find out when/where a recent PS3 was activated on the PSN account. Could you try to provide that evidence?

You have not provided any proof what so ever in this dispute to prove you're innocent. But on the other hand you have confessed that you directly lied about being from Japan and not speaking proper English. Might I ask why you did that? And why did you change your mind all of the sudden? Seems quite suspicious to me. But I still need to wait for a reply from the accuser.

I proved he lied. I was on my iphone so i could't record the convo and also fox is you check my ip i'm in Jamaica atm so i can't check the website bout the recent activation. i'l probably have to get it reset

You have to either prove that he activated a PS3 on the PSN account or that you gave him the account details.

i don't have either. all i can do is show the proof i all gave.
1. he lies about coming from japan and not speaking english. why would you do that? if not to scam
2. he said posted nothing to proof that he didn't scam me
