i posted the item, i have a tracking id as proof. he scammed me, i wamt my $100 becausw he HAS recievd the ps3

If you have proof you sent it to him you need to post it in here, staff can't take your word for it.

i have not recieved the ps3 and u wont reply to any of my messgaes what does that tell me and u would have recieved a reciept when u had send the ps3 on post

The tracking id u sent me said that it was already sent and then u told me that it was for another item u sent dont worry about it

He is the scammer, he just doesn't want to pay the rest of the $100 he owes me!

The problem with that proof is that it doesn't specify what the item is at all, if you have any proof tying the PS3 to that tracking #, e.g. an email or something then please post it.

Not doubting it, but disputes need to be done with the full facts and nothing can be assumed, that tracking number could be for absolutely anything.

Although I wasn't the one originally handling the dispute the op's asked me to help with it so I guess I'm doing it now.
