- Trade?
Have you contacted the scammer?: Yes
If yes, What did they say?: He said it would arrive in a month and its been more than a month.
Other comments: If so it just hasnt arrived please tell him to refund the money and when i recieve it ill send it straight back.

How about you just refund him as he's asked, and if he receives it he will send it back, this way everything works out, and nothing will come of it.
As said you have previously promised it would take literally a third of the time it's taken, and it has still not arrived.

im the one who is lying are u srs? u cant even produce a tracking number which is real all i want is a decent transaction but no u can't do that. just refund the money and if it arrives i will send it back and u will somehow need to get more money

Whether you have the money or not doesn't matter, you need to refund him.

My names Ac3z-iGoD, the hacker done exact same thing to you on what he done to me. He hacked 4 of my psn accounts, my paypal and ngu account, Used my ngu account to scam people, i can get you the hackers number if you want? he posted on my other accs wall when i launched a dispute against him hacking my account
