If yes, What did they say?:- '' PSN is under maintenance, so whenever I go to Account Management to make sure code legit/works, it gives me error, so when maintenance is over, and I see it works, I'll start! ''
Other comments: When the maintenance was over.I PM him to see if he redeem the card. NO RESPONSE. Then I try to enter the code of the card to see if its still available and its said ALREADY USED. The deal was 10th prestige Lvl 1 COMPLETE for WEEK-END and Im still LVL 1 ! He used the card... I would like to be refund. I think he has another NGU account.

The problem is that you were scammed out of something that we can not restore.
PSN cards are like cash, Sorry but there is nothing we can do to protect you from cash transaction scams,
The user can be permanently banned , but other than that we can not do much? I will give the the total Vbux he had in his multiple accounts as some compensation. It totals about 250K in Vbux
