Other comments: When the maintenance was over.I PM him to see if he redeem the card. NO RESPONSE. Then I try to enter the code of the card to see if its still available and its said ALREADY USED. The deal was 10th prestige Lvl 1 COMPLETE for WEEK-END and Im still LVL 1 ! He used the card... I would like to be refund. I think he has another NGU account.
