Other comments: I no longer need the dlc trophies as i had to do them myself. so i just want the 25$ paypal back.
also i wasn't planning on opening this until you started running your mouth at me yesterday for no reason.

Payment must be sent via paypal and gift and must come from his paypal email or through a mod.
also this shouldn't be a problem because jedt makes 5-6k a day, which he says

you have it the opposite way its Dark souls or Demon Souls, and which that kinda means i was trying to say demon souls is the value of dark souls which is 100$

I can't believe he's pulling this stunt but much more shocking, the fact that he's getting away with it.
Please re-visit the facts and forget the utter gibberish he has thrown at this dispute.

He was BANNED for scamming me: No argument here.
He contacted me months after his ban looking to get back onsite. It appeared that regardless of what I said his Ban was being lifted.
I was a DS2 Plat and $100 down from his little scam, he offered a Plat, I figured I would get something back.

What is very important at this stage is to consider the following before from his ban:
I had a DeadSpace2 Plat R2S, he was aware of this and asked how much - I said $100 worth of psn cards - which he agreed.
He gave me the cards, I sync'd the Plat with the details he gave me.
It turned out the PSN cards did not work, I then had to buy 2 x $50 PSN Cards because I was using the cards as payment for something else.

At this stage I'm a DS2 Plat down and $100 down - remember I had to buy new cards.
Technically I'm $200 down worth of game and finance.

He then comes back 8months later and offers me a the Dark Souls Plat - at no stage did he explain the value, at no stage did he put a price on it, he made the offer (I'm still $200 down) so I reluctantly accepted - I repeat reluctantly as I didn't reply to many of his PM's.

If we're putting figures on everything, even if his Dark Souls is valued at $100 - I'm still $100 down.

But like I've constantly stated - he made the offer - that negates the financial value he was putting on Dark Souls.
But if we're playing it his way and as I've clearly explained, I'm still $100 down and its the fault of M4.

He can give a Mod $100 via paypal and that figure can be forwarded onto me.

thats not my problem that you had to buy 2 new psn cards, and i told you i am completing gothams and ws deals why would i come to you making a new deal, and not finish our original deal that i was banned over, its not called completing all old deals for reason you know?

i completed your dark souls platinum just like in the thread you mentioned, i gave you 2 working psn cards and then you says it not working like a month later lol, some psn cards expire with in a time limit or you could of gotten a spy ware and they saw the codes like that.

but this isn't about the psn cards, because i gave you a dark souls platinum worth that value which you accepted and knew the price. You having to buy 2x 50$ psn cards isn't my problem you should have checked the cards before making the deal, i even told you i bought via 3rd party from cod2014.

You were offering Demon Souls UK, Jpn and then you changed back to Dark Souls.

Your begging psn messages was a new offer to get back onsite.

It is your fault that I had to buy 2 new cards, you were well aware I was using those cards for payment elsewhere - your problem your fault.

The fact that I was $200 down worth of content is 100% your fault.
You owe me $100.

Another hugely important point - he is claiming he was finishing previous deals to get back onsite.
We never agreed the Dark Souls Plat before his ban to clear everything - it was mentioned but never agreed.

So the psn messages where he is begging to get back onsite, where he makes an offer is a new offer.
And again that negates the value of the Plat as he was merely doing it to get back onsite.

He is now contesting his previous ban, bringing in rubbish about what Hondary was selling - WTF has that to do with our issue?
