Also this deal that he talks so much about is against the site rules. Worstshooter did not know the convicted scammer M4 was outsourcing the Plat - he thought M4 was doing it himself - that alone should result in a ban.

Right way I figure it....

You paid him $100 psn card to do the DS2 plat also worth $100.
He only synced $75 worth so you did the rest.
You did not have to do the rest yourself, you could have waited.

The psn cards not working puts him $100 out of pocket and you, I repeat, you put yourself out of pocket by doing it yourself, instead of waiting for him to finish the dlc.
That's not his problem.
You can't demand money for something that you did yourself and messed up the deal.

As for Jedt losing out on $100 worth of psn cards, that's what you get for trading with something you recieved in a trade, things always mess up, it's happen to me previously but was only $20. Yes it sucks that you lost $100 but like I said that's what you get for trading with a code you recieved in a trade.

So basically to put it straight you are all square in my opinion.

You messed up the deal by doing the dlc throphies yourself and not waiting for jedt to do them.
You put yourself $25 out of pocket, that isn't jedts fault.

As for issuing bans, M4 you shouldn't have even been allowed back on the site, and god knows why you were unbanned, but seeing as this effectively makes you all square, no bans will be issued.

Now onto outsourcing...
Selling on behalf of others is against the rules. Even worse is you outsource to banned members from here.
This needs to stop.
If you can't do the throphy don't do the trade, simple as. It just causes problems and makes scams easier.

ws wanted the dlc trophies done, they were already well past overdue, and if we waited for jedt it would've taken longer, so i cleared up the dlc because ws wanted them done already, but i should still be getting a refund of 25$ since thats what i am missing from the deal. i should be getting a partial refund but if wondoh says i shouldn't get one then i am semi alright with it.

I didn't tie the DLC to the account. Remember when I did the Plat it was without DLC, so when I sync'd I deleted the account from my console as I had to free up a slot for another deal. I started the DLC on a fresh dummy account, hence me being able to sell it on elsewhere.
I said I would sync if you proved you weren't going to scam me...but you did scam me...why why why would I sync and lose out again?
