When did this happen: It happened 9/4/2012

How did you purchase: Using a PSN Gift Card.

I payed him the 50$ PSN to get my account to my desired level. He proceeded to tell me he'll start my account the day after my purchase, as he had another account he was working on. The next day came and he said he was busy. That happened for two more days. On the fourth (around there) day (today) - he said that another person made a request and payed extra so he's doing his account before mine. Even though I've been waiting four days. Oh, I also have this: You must login or register to view this content. - This contains proof that I offered him extra for him to finish my account as soon as possible (There wasn't even anybody in front of me - he just kept on trying to put my account off). Then... he proceeded to tell me this: You must login or register to view this content.

He accused one of my friends (whom I all know personally IN REAL LIFE) of reporting me to the booster busters.
He said me and all of the people he kills to boosts accounts are banned.

As you can see, since his other characters he uses for this service are banned, I offered some of mine he can have
for free. He denied them. Then guess what this ass-hole said?

Yep! He deleted me! Lost 50$ and my PSN account.

Other comments: I want his ass-hole banned.

1st of all this user knows I ranked him up before four days because you can check his PSN on elite and see the 1st game I boosted and it was not four days ago, secondly when this user bought my service he was aware that it was boosted which I did. This user was banned in the process and was aware that if you are banned in the process there will be no refunds clearly states in the thread. Assuming he read my thread right? he must of knew that there is no refunds if you are banned which he did get banned since he has a snitch on his friends list. Furthermore Idk where this user is getting I scammed him from? really... why do u think he is ban is because I boosted his account which he requested so no he did not get scammed. Lastly he choose to buy my service which was clearly stated its boosted so he was aware of what he was doing so I really don't see the point of this I've said everything I need to say and he was aware of what he was doing before he even paid if he actually did read my thread.

Update:
I did not accuse one personal person in particular on his list only I Said someone on his friends list, lol how my meant to know who he knows in real ? so his clearly lieing.. + its even irrelevant to the dispute.

Im not going into the rules of mw3, boosting is against the rules blah blah blah.
You break rules, you get reset/banned.
You bought a boosting service, that's your risk.

He only got you 40 levels?

If he was to do the service again your account is already flagged so will just get banned again.
Only alternative is a new account.

You only gave the user 40 ranks.
It's understandable if he got banned once you were finished, but you only did 40 ranks.
So I think you are entitled to do it again -40 ranks you already did.
That's a poor effort on your part, and you know it.
You claim 1 hour per Prestige, yet in 4 days you only did 40 ranks?

As I said above, let him create a new account and do it on that.

All I will do him is 1 Prestige and yes its a boosting service he was aware of what he was doing I think this should be close now as there's nothing to talk about anymore. Lastly do not reopen my thread since this user goes and write a essay on my service saying I scammed him etc which was a totally different story but anyway yh thanks for helping.

1 prestige (and 40 ranks) does not cover $50, you are hugely mistaken if you think you will walk away from it like that.

Yeah it's not my fault I was banned in the process either tell me about that 1? because I have ranked people up and they eventually got banned so you really cant blame me but themselves. Thats means everyone else who got banned will want the same thing and I don't think thats how things work? for e.g. I ranked up a guy 8 gold guns he got banned what so now he can get it again? your talking as if these people are not aware of the fact they may get banned since this is boosted.
