I payed him the 50$ PSN to get my account to my desired level. He proceeded to tell me he'll start my account the day after my purchase, as he had another account he was working on. The next day came and he said he was busy. That happened for two more days. On the fourth (around there) day (today) - he said that another person made a request and payed extra so he's doing his account before mine. Even though I've been waiting four days. Oh, I also have this: You must login or register to view this content. - This contains proof that I offered him extra for him to finish my account as soon as possible (There wasn't even anybody in front of me - he just kept on trying to put my account off). Then... he proceeded to tell me this: You must login or register to view this content.

He accused one of my friends (whom I all know personally IN REAL LIFE) of reporting me to the booster busters.
He said me and all of the people he kills to boosts accounts are banned.

As you can see, since his other characters he uses for this service are banned, I offered some of mine he can have
for free. He denied them. Then guess what this ass-hole said?

Yep! He deleted me! Lost 50$ and my PSN account.

I really couldn't care less lol NGU aint effecting my life in any sort of way so I really dont care not like they aint 100 of other forum sites to go on xD. I aint a nerd who sits on ngu all day like maybe u. Also if i rank up this user he just gonna get ban again then make another dispute so no there's no point im wasting my time
