He said he could get me to masters division on cod bo2 league play, I paid him, then he said he couldnt do it, and claimed he refunded me, which I never received.

How the hell am I gonna pay him back just like that with - Money. What I'm going to do is make a new paypal, verify it, make 6 dollars, send the money to him. It shows that i have refunded him and I have - money now with proof i can show. But since hes saying "oh it failed blah blah" i said ok, i'll do these options and he just said to me. i want my money back within 1 day or i'll dispute.
Mods honestly you think i will get 5 usd within 1 day. I even told him to dispute it so I can talk to a mod because he is really impatient. I didn't scam also. I told him that I can do the service he asked for.
