He said he could get me to masters division on cod bo2 league play, I paid him, then he said he couldnt do it, and claimed he refunded me, which I never received.
Proof:
Email from paypal saying refund has failed:

it clearly states that the refund was removed.

In that last image he basically admits that the refund didnt send, cause he starts offering my other things.

I would now like this guy to permanently banned, not only has he not paid me back, but today he logged onto my psn and deliberately lost games in league to try and lower my rank.
We don't need scum like this on ngu

lol i never went on your account, i have proof that i was playing with my friend on league. Someone joined me on your account and im like is this josh? And he replied yes and im like can i have your paypal email? And he just left
