Reason: Recently I purchased a zombies rank from this guy because I trusted him as I bought a duplication from him in the passed. However prior to buying the rank off him I asked him if the leaderboards would be working. He replied with "Yeah", so I went ahead with this service. Now when I went onto my account I noticed he had done the duplication the kills and deaths was working etc, but my round wasn't counting towards my leaderboard. So I asked him could you sort this out or refund me. He said that he isn't going to refund as he said it was working for him prior to him trying, within the process he said that he videoed the leaderboards working. So I asked him if he could show me the video as we could both be seeing something different. then he just deleted me because he doesn't want to refund. I have tried to negotiate with him, but isn't any resolution between us.

I do hope you could maybe talk to him and ask him if he could refund me and I would reset my rank before he would do this. He seems to think that for some reason I'm lying about all this leaderboard thing, but to be totally honest why would I want to make a big fuss about this if it wasn't true.

Heres a video that proves leaderboards with my service work fine. Your account got reset by Treyarch before I did the glitch for you so if you DO have any problems with your leaderboard it has everything to do with that and nothing to do with my service. So was I wrong in saying leaderboards work? Absolutely not. Your main case of argument is that you asked me "With your service do the leaderboards work" and I replied "Yeah" which the video I just uploaded clearly proves they do. My TOS states that there are no refunds in any case unless I fail to do a recovery and I did not fail it in any way. I have wasted enough time over this and would like this dispute to be closed.

TLDR: Video shows leaderboards with my service work fine, the pic i uploaded before on his account shows the leaderboards work fine, My TOS states there are no refunds unless I fail to do a recovery, His account was BANNED and RESET by treyarch prior to me doing the service so if anything is wrong at all with his account that has everything to do with it; but the leaderboards from my service do work 100% from the proof I've shown.


In every aspect you are wrong when you say the leaderboard was working, as you have mislead a customer to thinking that the leaderboards would work properly, you also knew before going through with the service that I was reset before, but you still went ahead with it. That video isn't even my account and isn't my level, so they's nothing saying that it's working from your level 160 account.

Here is proof of me before and after playing a game and the leaderboards not sticking

I didn't mislead anyone. Your EXACT WORDS were "with your service do the leaderboards work". And YES they DO work. I have proved that multiple times that leader boards work. You DID NOT tell me that you were banned or reset in the conversation we had when you were purchasing the service. You DID NOT ask me "Hey I bought a service from someone else and I was banned and reset, will my leaderboards work if you do them". You simply asked me do the leaderboards work with my service and yes they do for every other user. If one portion of the leaderboards didn't work for you its because of the previous service you bought that got you banned and reset. And NO i did not know that you were reset prior to this because I get 100+ messages a day so no I do not remember what you said 100+ messages ago unless you bring it up.

This has nothing to do with anything because this is not how Black Ops 3 services work. Level 160 or Level 212 doesn't make a difference in how your leaderboards will work. If you want to find out how the service works feel free to do research on your own but that point is completely unrelated to anything because every account works the exact same way.

You said the other guy did it incorrectly, at the time that meant nothing to me but now I can see what you mean by that since were at this topic. According to this message, your leaderboard was broken before I had even done my service due to "the other guy doing it incorrectly". These are duplication services, the account gets copied over exactly how it is so you either do it or you don't. There is no in the middle of "doing it incorrectly"which makes your message definitely leaderboard related. And no you did not mention what the other guy messed up your leaderboard before buying my service. You are not entitled to a refund in any way as I have already completed the recovery and your issues are not the cause of my service.

Also the leaderboard wasn't brocken before; I meant it hasn't worked because I had been ban on the account, due to the frozen leaderboards on multiplayer, the zombies rank wasn't even dupped before, I only had my multiplayer dupped. I had the my zombies rank dupped to another account which I can even show you a picture if you want and the conversation. So has nothing do with before, it's your duplication which has messed it up.

That screenshot conversation isn't even from the same day you purchased the service from me. And you directly contradicted yourself by posting that screenshot which says you were master prestige in zombies and master prestige level 1000 in multiplayer. In your last reply in this thread. You are saying something opposite of that screenshot by saying you didnt have your zombies account duped before but the screenshot directly disproves that. Zombies and multiplayer leaderboards are completely independent and getting a multiplayer dupe does not effect zombies in any way so if you claim to have not gotten a zombies dupe on that account then that is also unrelated. And you also say "it hasnt worked because I had been ban on the account" impying that you are acknowledging it wasn't working even before my service and then you go ahead and blame my service for it right after which contradicts your point again. And not only that but you also previously stated that the other guy did it incorrectly which is why you wanted the zombies from me so he obviously duped your account before and because of your lie saying he didn't; the doing it incorrectly part is definitely referring to the leaderboard which you are hopelessly trying to lie your way out of. You are blatantly lying over here by contradicting yourself multiple times. I suggest sticking to one lie if you want to make it more believable. Either way i dont know what youre hoping to accomplish with this dispute because i am not entitled to giving you a refund as I did not scam you and i completed everything that was stated in the service thread. I hope the TOS means something.

Also why did your zombies rank get reset if it wasnt dupped? Mystery

The other duped account has no relevance to me, you can easily buy a new dupe. Your actual account was duped and I dont understand why you are denying that lol when it was so obvious. Also you completely ignored the main points in my previous post. I am not going to refund you for coming to me with something that was already broken and trying to blame it on my service. It is soooo obvious that you were duped before on your account and you saying that it wasnt has become your main case of argument now (which you have changed with each post) . Need a mod to come over and reply now.

I did dupe on my account before for multiplayer, but not for zombies. Here's the proof of my other account that was duped if your that bothered You must login or register to view this content.. You tell me why this isn't your fault, before my leaderboards was working and now after the duplication it isn't working - as shown in my video

From my perspective, ReK has managed to provide evidence of it working for others/other accounts. I don't really see why it would work for him and others but not you, MQGQ. It could well be due to your previous issues with Treyarch as he mentioned; though I don't do this kind of business so I would not know.
However, it is clear that the leaderboards do not work correctly or as expected in your video. There is definitely an issue, but it could be due to other reasons. Unfortunately there is no solid evidence that proves the leaderboard issue was caused due to the duping of the account..

What I see is that the time ReK, would have been unaware that it would not work for your account since it works for others. Because of this, I honestly don't think the leaderboard issue was a problem that ReK saw coming, and there's likely nothing he can resolve it aside from making a new account - possibly.

I'm not sure how we can really continue with this. I'll await your responses and see what happens.

It was the issue of the duplication as it was working before, i'm happy for him to give me a refund then I will reset my account then find someone else.
