Reason: Recently I purchased a zombies rank from this guy because I trusted him as I bought a duplication from him in the passed. However prior to buying the rank off him I asked him if the leaderboards would be working. He replied with "Yeah", so I went ahead with this service. Now when I went onto my account I noticed he had done the duplication the kills and deaths was working etc, but my round wasn't counting towards my leaderboard. So I asked him could you sort this out or refund me. He said that he isn't going to refund as he said it was working for him prior to him trying, within the process he said that he videoed the leaderboards working. So I asked him if he could show me the video as we could both be seeing something different. then he just deleted me because he doesn't want to refund. I have tried to negotiate with him, but isn't any resolution between us.

I do hope you could maybe talk to him and ask him if he could refund me and I would reset my rank before he would do this. He seems to think that for some reason I'm lying about all this leaderboard thing, but to be totally honest why would I want to make a big fuss about this if it wasn't true.

I said that I will check your account first. After I checked out your account I did not see a problem that was related to my service which is why I did not do that.

It was related to your service though because as I have previously said it was never like it before until you went and did the duplication. You went on to see if they was a problem with the leaderboard and they was and you never refunded me, that's just another one of your lies that once again your trying to turn around. You went to check if the leaderboards was working and if they wasn't you would refund me you never went to see that if your service was the problem you went to see if the problem was true which it is.

Can we make things easier for me and both of you? ReK can you agree to reset his account and send a refund? I'm sure it takes around the same amount of effort as it would to make a new account and redupe. This way MQGQ can find another person to complete the service seeing as he's unhappy with his results.
Currently the dispute is just arguing over what's being said. I'd rather we actually get something resolved than trying to prove what tiny detail someone said in the past which led to a huge misunderstanding.

I'm happy to go ahead with that if he re adds me on skype I can send him my account details to reset it or I can do it either way, then he can refund me afterwards.

You are right that it would take the same amount of time as reduping but in terms of gains and losses,I would be losing big if I reset his account and sent a refund as I have spent far too much time on this. If I reset his account and send him a refund, then I have gained nothing out of all the time I have put in when I haven't even been in the wrong. If I redupe a new account of his, he gets two high level accounts, and I also keep something for the time I have spent.

Buying the service from another user is not going to fix any problems as they are doing the exact same thing I am. Doing the same thing multiple times will not yield a different outcome.

I'm absolutely fine for you to do that, it's just the case of whether MQGQ is willing to accept this offer. Regarding your gains and losses, I completely agree. It's a bit difficult to see clearly from both sides for me sometimes when handling disputes; I feel that you have raised a very good point.
Anyway, how does that sound MQGQ? You're getting the good side of the deal here from what I can see, he's offering a new account which should work as advertised and in total leaves you with two accounts. One has a working leaderboard and the duped stats (which is what you came for) and you keep your main with it's current stats. That's more than what you would have possibly asked for from the start of the transaction. Two for the price of one.

I don't want to play another account I just want to reset my account then be refunded, as it would be a lose for me if I was to lose my $8 on something that doesn't work.
