Hmm. You say it's ****ed up and you didn't mean it then you say your friend uploaded it and you did it on purpose?
DLC is console signed. When he put it onto Megaupload , The console ID was his which means it was signed specifically to his console. You couldn't of put it on this "profile" on your xbox because they have different ID's. Work away. You upload it and make a tut and i'll kiss you ass.
