dlc only works with jtag xbox 360 only. the only other dlc that might work if it off the disk like the fallout 3 second disk

OK guys here is the truth : IT WILL NOT WORK

I have been trying this since the day the map pack 2 was released , i even went as far as downloading the map pack to a usb device straight from the market place so the pack would not assign its self to my console but still it did not work.

These packs are console assigned and come with a licence.

I have map pack 2 , i paid 1200 MS points for it , i also managed to get it off my HDD and on to my desktop.

I have made a tutorial on how to put these on your xbox.

This pack was brought together by me , i paid for the map pack and have included several gamers pics and themes all premium , the usb app is credited to XTAF.

NOTE TO ALL : The map pack "Resurgence" is included but will not work. Its licence will not allow it , but if you lot are like me you have to try it to believe it. And i would not take any notice of the original poster and his instructions.

NOTE TO ORIGINAL POSTER : You do not just drag and drop the map in to " 0000000000000000 " , you have to use XTAF'S USB reader and create a file called : 45160817 , Then inside this folder you must create another folder called : 00000002 , This is where the map pack should be. And both of you're maps show up on the console as corrupt.

I Don't Get It Can You Just Please Tell Us How To Do It Or Make Some Video?

I sure can tell you how to do it here we go .....

Things you will need :

My file (MEGAUPLOAD LINK ABOVE)

A USB FLASH STICK (MINIMUM 2GIG)

A xbox 360

A PC or Laptop

Lets roll ..............

The first thing you need is a : USB FLASH STICK (At least 2gig in size)

You will need to put it in you're xbox and navigate on your dashboard to : SYSTEM SETTINGS

Then scroll down to : MEMORY

Now you will see you're HDD , But in addition to this you will see the USB FLASH STICK you inserted into the front of you're xbox USB port , You need to high light it and then format the USB FLASH STICK to xbox standards "CONFIGURE NOW" will appear select it and wait for the xbox to format your USB FLASH STICK.

Now that this is done you need a PC/Laptop.

Place your new Xbox USB FLASH STICK in to a USB port on you're PC/Laptop , close the window that pops up you do not need it.

Now in the file i have provided for you you will find several files , at this point you need to open the file called : USB

Open the program called : USBXTAFGUI

Once open click on : FILE

Then : OPEN DEVICE

Give it a second or 2 and it will open you Xbox USB FLASH STICK

This should be empty , and ready for you to inject my other files.

WHEN USEING USBXTAFGUI ALWAYS WAIT FOR IT TO SAY "DONE" IN THE BOTTOM LEFT CORNER OF THE APPLICATON

Right you need to do this part exactly how i say or it will not work at all.

Go to : USBXTAFGUI

Make a new folder using the button at the bottom left : MAKE NEW FOLDER

Name this folder : 585708D2

Open this folder by double clicking it

Inside this folder make a new folder again and name it : 00030000

Now go to the file i provided called : PREMIUIM THEMES

Open this folder , then open the next folder "585708D2" then open the next folder "00030000"

Inside the folder "00030000" you will see several files high light them all and drag them over to : USBXTAFGUI

Place them in "00030000"

Now at the bottom of the open USBXTAFGUI window you should see 3 small dot's "..." this is the "BACK" button , press it till it takes you back to the start.

Once at the start you should see the folder you first created "585708D2"

Now again "MAKE NEW FOLDER"

This time call it : 585708D6

Open this folder by double clicking it

Inside this folder make a new folder again and name it : 00020000

Now go to the file i provided called : PREMIUM GAMERS PICS

Open this folder , then open the next folder "585708D6" then open the next folder "00020000"

Inside the folder "00020000" you will see several files high light them all and drag them over to : USBXTAFGUI

Place them in "00020000"

Again use the "BACK" button (the 3 dot's) to go back to the start.

Last one lads ....

Ok now your at the start of USBXTAFGUI you should see this :

0. {dir}585708D2
1. {dir}585708D6

You will now make a new folder and call it : 41560817

Open this folder , and inside make a new folder called : 00000002

Now open the file i provided and open : MAP PACK (RESURGENCE)

Open "41560817" and open "00000002"

You will see one file called : 510551c9E4379FF46F2D8ABA76F28521E341

Drag this file over to USBXTAFGUI and place it in "00000002"
Wait for USBXTAFGUI to say "DONE" in the bottom left , then exit USBXTAFGUI.

Now all that's left to do is copy all this to your xbox , its very simple ....

Just put the Xbox USB FLASH STICK in you're Xbox , navigate to "SYSTEM SETTINGS" then got to "MEMORY"

Don't open you actual HDD open the USB FLASH STICK it will show you a list of items and then the size of the content , if the content of an items is 0 (zero) then that item is empty or is not there .

You will only need to check 3 sections ....

First section will be to see if the MAP PACK has been installed so ...

On the list on you're USB FLASH STICK go to "GAMES"

Inside here you SHOULD see "MODERN WARFEAR 2" Open this and it should have "MODERN WARFEAR 2 MAP PACK RESURGENCE"

Select it and it will give you 3 options

COPY

DELETE

MOVE

Select copy or move its up to you , when you have selected copy or move it will give you 2 options as to where to copy or move the item

HDD

USB DEVICE

Select HDD it will copy the item to the destination the folders lead it to , this is why you must follow my instructions to a T .

Do the same for the themes and gamers pictures , copy all to your HDD.

REMOVE THE USB FLASH CARD FROM YOU'RE XBOX.

That's that , all you need to do is check to see if the contents is there , and it will be all the themes and gamers pictures will be fully usable but the map , well it shows up its there it just not let you use it.
