it should look like this
ping -t -l 60000

to get the next number go to google and search
proxy list click on the IP address
then go all the way down and find one that says
high-anonymous
put that niumber in.
this is an example
130.192.157.131:3128
u do not need the stuff after the :
so it should look like this

ping -t -l 60000 130.192.157.131
save it as .BAT
note---- You have to be the host and click it a couple of times.

Two ways of doing it the way using CMD you will have to do it every time you wanted it.
Type in into CMD.

[XP] START -> RUN -> CMD [XP]
[Vista] START -> just type in CMD and hit enter [Vista]

This way all you have to do is double click on the BATCH File.

OR as he said to do it into a .BAT file

Notepad type in the command file -> Save As -> name.bat, make sure the file type is all file types.

when i double click on the .bat notepad file, it comes up for like a second then closes... why?

Try adding a pause on the end of it like this

PAUSE

so just try adding PAUSE onto the end of it by right clicking on the batch file click edit and bang it in there and click save, try that.
