A mother has expressed her anger at Microsoft, after her 11 year old boy managed to rack up a bill of $1600 on her debit card via his Xbox.

Apparently, the kid made all the purchases without understanding that it was going through to her card. He purchased an array of games and accessories after the box reportedly SAVED the details of a card registered before.

So we guess this is why the Mom thinks its MS's fault.

The boy for not looking at the price of the items he was buying.
(I'm sure an 11 year old knows $40 per GoD game is quite alot of money)

The mother for not monitoring what the kids buying through xbox, theres an option for blocking young gamers from buying anything in the market place without there permission.

And then theres Microsoft, I thought they learnd there lesson for holding on to credit cards when ppl try to cancel and renew there cards.
Ppl be carefull when you try canceling credit cards, because Microsoft have a habbit of missing the "cancel" button alot and charging both cards/facepalm.
