Step 1:

altho I bought a tool so I can open and clean it anytime I find it running slow.

ive done this, and my xbox was returned not fixed. I did the exactly same thing as i did buy a 2nd hand xbox and got RROD, they returned it back and put a letter inside of the return box saying they will not fix it due to VOID of warranty.

sweet now i can repair my broken xbox 360 lol
