Post: Xbox Live Help Please!

I have just came on my 360 for the first time today and i can sign into XBOX LIVE but when i load up my mw2 it signs me out and i cant sign back in until i go to the dashboard. It tells me to test my connection, so i did and it connects to my router and connects to the internet but when it is test XBOX LIVE it comes up with a RED X. I click on more info when the help box comes up and then it says this:
''Your console can connect to Xbox LIVE, but your router or gateway isn't properly responding to ICMP responces.''
I have tried all i know but none has worked.
If you can help me then please comment here.

yeah im on sky too, i phoned em up and they said they have had numerous calls. i think its down to microsoft and not sky, as my internet and everything else works fine. just not for my 360 :\
Yeah same...Everything is working fine except my 360 network. I have came off it now and im going to try again tomorrow. Thanks mate
