There was a credit card on the account and he bought a Live subscription and ms points!! The credit card expires in a few months if that makes any difference. I don't know what to do. I can't return it cause I don't know how to contact the guy but don't know if I should use it!! Can I get banned or sued or anything like that? I haven't signed in with the account except for on my phone. What should I do? Should I remove the credit card from the account by calling Microsoft? Pls help

I would report the incident to Microsoft and give a good explanation to be sure you won't get banned. After all, I'm sure they have a database of user's info.

If you get caused mis-using his credit card, you could get in a load of trouble.

I personally did not. Friend did on HIS own terms and on HIS Xbox.I wouldn't have done it. It's not right
