well they must be legal if they are getting sold at retailers, even though i havent seen any for sale in the UK in shops but if they are in america then so be it they must be legal, and if you were to get banned from XBL or PSN for using them then that would be totally unfair

they are agianst the terms and conditions but they have no real way to prove that you have a rapid fire controller so unless they come to your hosue or someone has some hardcore eveidence you have a mod you wont get in trouble my brothers friend asked an employee from mircosoft he plays with

It aint illegal to cheat, you get cheaters/glitchers/hackers/modders (there all the same) all over the place wanting to have an advantage on the game, Call of duty games aint made by microsoft so they can do shit about whether som1 is hacking on a game, you might have an issue with Halo games but I dunno, in other words cheaters can probably get away with it, best to just avoid them and move on.

Its perfectly legal to use rapid-fire controllers. I wouldnt pay any more for a rapid-fire controller than what a new controller cost, $100 and above is just crazy! I bought a 360 rapid-fire controller (genuine microsoft) off ebay for $59 and it works like a champ! Absolutly brutal on COD 4 but not as well on World at War because of the fire limiter.
