Changing your Xbox Live Gamertag costs 800MS points (you could buy a map pack or an arcade game for that)! but here's how to do it for free!

1. Ask some people to file a complaint against your Gamertag. You can do this by going to File Complaint - Profile - Offensive Gamertag.
2. Wait a while and Xbox will make you change your Gamertag, free of charge!

Yea, Microsoft patched that a long time ago they won't ban you but they might make you pay so don't do it!
