but he can still log on and play mw3?

how does that make sense?
the password was changed, so if u auto sign in with the wrong password, he shouldnt be able to connect.

i dont understand it either but when i was on xbox one of my accounts was hacked and the password and email had been changed but i was still able to log in and play on the account

delete his account off the xbox and when he recovers it he will have to put info in again but wont be able to cause you changed it ?

thats all i can think of anyway

he probably knows his recovery questions and reset the password :dumb: cause if that was a glitch with xbox it wouldnt be one for long

hes 12 years old, i made the account for him and set up his live, so i have full access too it, other then to the physical being of the XBOX itself

well then the password isnt reset if there were a glitch like that then people having their accounts stolen well lets just say the victim is retarded to not reset if they can login,have you tried resetting the info through the website ?
