yeah but since its linked with hotmail. all i did was change the pass.
and yeah from what that guy said above, his acc got hacked and he was still able to play

You can force his xbox to require a password. Sign into his account on xbox.com. Click the "My Account" button at the top of the webpage. Under "Settings and Preferences", click "Xbox 360 Profile Protection". Then you can see his Xbox highlighted there, and click the Require Profile Download button.
The only reason I know this is because when my account got Fifa Hacked (i don't even play Fifa soccer can go suck a nut), the guy kept logging in over and over again so I had to keep signing in over and over again, until I finally got hold of a Microsoft Customer Service agent and they directed me there.
Anyways, don't be too much of a dick to him with this because he might end up calling customer support, which will get you IP banned from XBL.
