I would prefer if it had surround sound and not stereo. I was looking to buy the XP400 but I have read many mixed reviews on the low quality of the mic.

i think the new tango headset is very good headset

I have the DPX21's that I got for around $100. They're basically the PX21's but have bigger cups and give Dolby surround sound. They're really easy to sound-whore with, and it's multi-platform.

I think the Px5 is the best turtle beach you can get at the moment. I would only recommend it if you are really serious about gaming cause the headset is not cheap. its about 230 $ or even more

I have the Kilo Black Ops II ones, they work on both PS3 and 360 and they have pretty good sound quality.

Turtle beach x12. Cost like $60 and best ones i've had sofar. But if you wanna spend that bit extra i'd go with the x31/x32 :p

XP4000 is a beast headset. Wireless, 7.1 surround sound and extremely comfortable. It's around 200$, so you would have to put in another 50 bucks tho.

Save up and go for Astro A40's.

none get trittons i only got px5s they where $160 on sale at christmas so i got em they are ok but are battery hogs so i got some rechargeable ones. prob shouldn't have got em since i don't game much anymore
