Step 1. Update to the 3.1.3 firmware if needed.
Step 2. Download Spirit.
Step 3. Plug in iPod.
Step 4. Double click spirit.
Step 5. Press jailbreak.
If you get this error code!!

Do the Following
1. Right Click on Spirit
2. Click properties

3. Click Compatibility
You must login or register to view this content.
4. Run this program in compatibility mode CHOOSE windows 95

5. Click apply
Now since you fixed that just press jailbreak agin.

Hey I really want to Unlock my iphone 3G not 3Gs. The thing is whenever I look for a unlock video on youtube , it says I need to jailbreak my iphone using either sn0wbreeze or Redsn0w. I have tried both of those programs and they dont work , only spirit works , so is there another way to unlock it ??? Any help is greatly appreciated !
