1. To get free games and apps
   
2. To use my iDevice to its' fullest
   

Hope you answered this as honest as possible, I my self jailbreaked the first time in December, back then I did it for these two reasons, which is wrong, you should do it for one reason, reason number two. The jailbreak community is going down, the community is fild with people who are only after piracy, discusting in my opinion. I uninstalled Installous in February since I realiced that this was cruel to the developers of the apps and the community over all.
So what did you answer?

Maybe you say this "Im poor, I don't afford apps"

1 Why do you have an iDevice which is expensive?
2 Most apps cost 1 dollar, it's nothing! Those who develop the apps are like you and me, they go to school/work all day, but on their spair time they sit down and code, to make their own app, maybe make some money on the side, don't be a jerk and download it for free, pay for it!

The dev-teams and the other people involved with jailbreaking iDevices are not interested in piracy, all they want is an more open system that lets them mod it the way they want, they wont make more jailbreaks if all it does is give you the ability to download free games.

That's wrong, their are infact a huge number who knows about jailbreaking, for example, after just a few days of the jailbreakme 3.0, over 1 000 000 iDevices was jailbroken via jailbreakme.com

the amount of shit apps i have downloaded has got me fed up and i do use installous more than before now because i dont like paying $1 for something that doesnt even work properly

however, i love sbsettings and other tweaks i have that come with being jailbroken... id still do it even without the free apps

And how many iphones do you think are out there?
Not to mention, when it becomes as easy as visiting a website to jailbreak, more people will do it, simply because its easy
hackulo.us doesn't even come with cydia, so they'll only get installous if they know about it

i dont ever buy apps, all the apps are pretty useless to me, even alot of the games i find suck. If i get an itunes card for a birthday or what ever, i sell it because installous is there for me to use. i wouldnt even have an ipod touch or my iphone 4 if i hadnt gotten them for free.

What I meant was that 1 million people wanted to jailbreak their iphone on 4.3.3, a lot of people haven't updated to this firmware.
Many people jailbreak to get free apps, the main reason that people jailbreak, they can't find the apps, they google, they find a tut on how to get installous, simple.

Yes it is. They are still gaining the app for free. Now, if you were to give them your account and delete your app, then it wouldn't be. It's like a cd. Back in the old days when there were only cd players or record players, you could buy a CD and then lend it to your friend. This isn't piracy due to the fact that you can't play the music at the same time he can. This way there aren't any illegal copies being made. Piracy is when multiple things are made from one thing and then given out/sold for a lower price.

I completely agree! Pisses me off when people jailbreak to get free apps! most people whom i know who have jailbroken do it for free apps! F*ck the hackulos team

I agree, I see it all the time in school. I don't get why they make their apps to conduct piracy, they are great coders, they should make "normal" apps and tweaks

By the way, SOMEONE had to buy the app to get it on installous
