Okay... so if I understand what you're saying, point-by-point.
* This is for DEX firmwares only, since you need DEX to be connecting to a debugger. Not necessarily ps3ita only per-se. Enabling debugging hooks is what this modified self actually does. People on Rebug might try swapping their default CEX kernel out for the counterpart DEX kernel (in which case rebug becomes a DEX firmware too). Doing so might / might not stop it from freezing and allow it to work (we don't know).
* This self does nothing to block or prevent banning. You need ps3loader only to change the DEX IDPS from a DEX type console id to a CEX one. Which should be obvious to many. Since DEX idps and similar EID DEX identity is easilt detected and an immediate ban. Ps3italoader happens to be one of the more convenient ways. Indeed, I already use ps3ita loader on Rebug myself. It's great.
* Although this mp-self file doesn't in no way modified to prevent banning. It can however be used for attaching a realtime debugger. So that is useful for those interested to find out more by taking memory dumps and / or pause, step-though (don't know). In which case this self can be used to help research future ways to stop 3arch banning us. By examining in better detail what code exactly is / was exectured during the detection and banning process.
* The other necessary thing to do (at the same time). Is to run wireshark, capture all network packets being sent back and forth to 3arch. And record into a packet lock for detailed examination...
* The only other purpose for attaching a RTD is modding, or possibly cheating. Which I have no interest in whatsoever...
