Instructions

Place the EBOOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLXXXXXXX/USRDIR
Go to black ops 2 offline, then wait till you get to multiplayer
then press the PS button and sign in
then wait 30 sec or when the lag stops
then play online

your game data might be corrupt when I freeze I normally reinstall game data and updates and delete the profile save data should fix your freezing problems just make sure when you do final up date you put the 1.19 anti ban back on hope this helps
