Hello, NGU

Instructions

Place the EBOOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLXXXXXXX/USRDIR
Go to black ops 2 offline, then wait till you get to multiplayer
then press the PS button and sign in
then wait 30 sec or when the lag stops
then play online

ChangeLog:

I made a debugged eboot for 1.19 patch!!! this Eboot works on Dex :P

Any dex eboots is Debugged, CEX cant take debugged eboots.

you might want to change the name of your dex anti bans to debug anti ban people still getting confused I see. that's up to you if you want to do that tho :p
