Respect my authoritah!!
For those of you who are interested in disabling cheat protection for 1.13, here's how to do it. It will only work on jailbroken PS3s.
If you are using RTE, just patch these addresses while in MP:
0x4C8EC4 - 60 00 00 00
0x4C8ED0 - 60 00 00 00
0x4C8ED4 - 3B 20 00 00
And if you are modding the .elf in a hex editor, patch these addresses:
0x4B8EC4 - 60 00 00 00
0x4B8ED0 - 60 00 00 00
0x4B8ED4 - 3B 20 00 00
This will disable cheat protection, write protection, and read-only protection. You can change any dvar in the game.
Here are some EBOOT.BIN's with the patches applied to them by SC58:

do i do it from the backup version?? or the disc version?? because my multiman wont finish the backup process when i try to copy the game to my HDD
