Respect my authoritah!!
For those of you who are interested in disabling cheat protection for 1.13, here's how to do it. It will only work on jailbroken PS3s.
If you are using RTE, just patch these addresses while in MP:
0x4C8EC4 - 60 00 00 00
0x4C8ED0 - 60 00 00 00
0x4C8ED4 - 3B 20 00 00
And if you are modding the .elf in a hex editor, patch these addresses:
0x4B8EC4 - 60 00 00 00
0x4B8ED0 - 60 00 00 00
0x4B8ED4 - 3B 20 00 00
This will disable cheat protection, write protection, and read-only protection. You can change any dvar in the game.
Here are some EBOOT.BIN's with the patches applied to them by SC58:

Just disable it using RTE, or simply create Eboot by yourself(use HxD to patch those adresses)
Before that, copy your original BO1 .self / eboot then depcrypt it using PKG Toolkit, also when you have done editing the eboot, encrypt with PKG Toolkit(Very Simple)
