In order for splitscreen match challenges to work you must start a private match end it then start another private match and it will be ranked.

Matto, thanks so much for trying to make a decent CoD4 patch. 
I had Team Tier v1.5 and it was a nightmare. Someone gave me $20 psn for a party of 5 people to get them a certain prestige and level 50 but it was being super glitchy. Now I'm going to make it up to him.
