Using the "this started as a hacking and glitching site" explanation presumes that all the people that dislike prestige glitchers are on this forum.
I don't see why someone would "hate" or really care about the glitchers too much though since they aren't hurting someone. My biggest issue would be the ridicously fake stats those accounts have. Not feeling like grinding for rank and levels is understandable but why pretend you're some Sandy Ravage style player with 3.2+ kdr and 500+ spm? Those glitchers are just funny to me really.
Funniest is the arbitrary and inconsistent rules people have. They'll gladly call out a guy as a "tryhard" as if that's bad but glitching is ok. I don't really feel like hitting Master Prestige because now it's probably more common to see than the first 4 prestiges really. If 3arc does BO1 style console bans this section will be crazy. Well besides those guys who don't care because "the game sucks anyway"

To the guy who said "I spent 7 days to get diamond camos and I feel cheated when someone else got it in 30secs"... Well, you're doing it for the satisfaction, right? And certainly, getting the camo in 30 seconds will never reach the level of satisfaction that you will get when you legitimately earn your camos. (and judging from you playing seven days of this game really makes it seem like it means a lot to you). Prestige emblems? Are you f**king kidding me? People are BEGGING 3arc to get people banned just because they got nicer looking pixels than you do? Ridiculous, seeing how time used to ban people could be spent fixing, hm, idunno, LAG ISSUES THAT PLAGUE 99% OF THE PLAYERS?
And when you get mad when people claim they're legit...
1. Oh look, what's this button on your controller? Maybe it's called the MUTE (all, if you meet a GROUP of glitchers) button?
2. Simply beat them. Doesn't take a genius to figure it out. When you can't beat them, though....
3 ... Then you have a goddamn problem. Find other excuses other than "their diamond MP7 is better than my regular MP7 :sadface:
Put simply, prestiging doesn't affect anyone but the person who prestiged. There is no bonus gun damage when you prestige. There is no bonus gun accuracy when you prestige. Unless your eyes are allergic to the color diamond you have the same chance to win gunfights as a master prestige. As the staff said above, it's just a video game. spending all that time grinding for camos and prestiges isn't good for your health.

Seems like you care more than I do. I was using 7 days as an example. I do not have 7 I have 3. Sure its a game, but lets put it into real life terms.
You are at school taking a test and you get a 70% on it. The dumbass sitting to the right of you copies the kids test to the right of him. He gets a 100% in 5 minutes of coping while you get a 70% taking 50 minutes. Is that fucking fare to you? If you think it is than you are a dumbass.

Oh don't get me wrong I still want them to fix lag and everything but another thing that annoys is it the fact that they will always have every gun and attachment. So if you do run into the party of hacked prestige masters all they use is auto FAL and that gun can make anyone look good and since they did the glitch or hack or whatever you wanna call it, all they have to use now is an auto FAL. Also it may be the fact I did a glitch in BO1...got banned and then did a glitch in MW3 and got banned, and they that they did this glitch which is massive and nothing has happened.

News flash: life isn't fair. Come on man, this isn't preschool.
In your example there's either going to be a snitch or eventually cheating will bite him in the ass. Same applies in this game: people are going to beg for the glitchers to be banned, and eventually 3arc is going to ban them.
I don't even play the game anymore; I just despise the idiots who think different colored pixels are ruining experience.

You actually do gain advantages. You now have everything gun and attachment and can do whatever you like while people who prestige have only a select number of what they can use not to mention if they want diamond camos for everything they have to do things like M1216 vs Auto FAL. That's a pretty big advantage for the FAL haha
