Call of Duty: Black Ops developer Treyarch has severely dampened chances of World at War's extremely popular Zombies mode appearing in the new game, telling CVG "this is it" as far as major feature reveals go.

Speaking to CVG at the Black Ops multiplayer reveal event in LA this morning, Treyarch community man Josh Olin said the developer only has "little things" left to reveal on the multiplayer side. We can't talk for it, but we wouldn't class Zombies as a "little" feature.

"This is pretty much it," Olin told CVG. "There are still some other little things that we haven't talked about yet but will at a later date, but this is pretty much the whole caboodle."

Asked if that means Treyarch's shown all major features for Black Ops, Olin replied: "Yes, this is what we've been working on for the past two years,"

Last month a retailer listed Black Ops zombie maps as freebies included with the game's special edition. Bar miscommunication though, it looks like we could be disappointed.

treyarch would be dumb if they didnt add a form of zombies thats what made treyarch most of its money from the map packs (1,2,3)

Zombies is so in black ops havent you seen all the un edited pictures? Plus the hardened and prestige come with 4 exclusive co-op maps _ which are the 4 zombie maps from W@W

Yes that has been mentioned about the 4 maps however that's not to say that there will be more zombie maps.. personally I think there will be but you never know

in my opinion yes there will be zombies (they would be stupid to leave it out, its a cash cow)
but treyarch won't announce till the last minute as it is a great hype machine thanks to the community startin thread after thread saying / asking will there won't there be zombies lol its out in 8-9 weeks ish they will probably announce it the week before release..

i think we will get more zombies as dlc. there probrably gonna give us the 4 w@w w/ new engine , new guns then charge us for zombies dlc since thats what the fans wants they know they will sell even if they piss us off by only giving us the 4 old ones

No! I went to gamestop and pre - ordered Black Ops and the employer said that it comes with the four old nazi zombie maps and a steel case and a Medal inside a case all for 79.99! So there is going to be zombies!

Josh Olin tweeted a few days ago that they'll reveal co-op later near launch date. They could stay quiet on zombies till even after Black Ops launches. It could be a secret like WaW?
